Drone
broadly used to describe any remotely-controlled or autonomous vehicle, of any size from RC car to full-size airplane.
Technically the Google/Waymo self-driving car is a drone, as is the U.S. military Predator.
In news media usage, this is jargon increasingly being used where the reporter more specifically means a quadcopter or other multi-rotor.
UAV
Literally an “Unmanned Aerial Vehicle”, either full-size or toy-sized. All of these are also drones.
Quadcopter
One type of UAV, this is a hugely popular style for consumer-use drones, with DJI and others only making the four-propeller version of multi-rotor radio-control aircraft and not RC planes or other UAV.
